    Location
    Upon arriving at San Diego Int'l Airport, first collect all your baggage from Baggage Claim. Exit baggage claim and take the sky bridge or crosswalk over to the ground transportation island. Look for the island with the blue overhead sign that reads "SHUTTLE FOR HIRE." Contact the airport customer service representative. The Shuttle Coordinator will call your van, which will be waiting for you in the nearby staging area, to the curb for your boarding.

    Policies
    Luggage allowances are 2 standard-size suitcases and 2 carry-ons per person. No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of sixty (60) pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage. If passengers have an excessive amount of checked luggage or multiple large boxes a private van will be required. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of a private van and net rate of client issuing voucher. Go Prime Time Shuttle will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence and is stored in the passenger compartment in which the passenger is riding. A passenger’s baggage remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger.
    Complete information, including local telephone numbers at your destination, will be included on your Confirmation Voucher.
